Colorful gardens are always appealing to the eye, and colorful flowers are lessening the chances of hay fever symptoms. The pollen of the colorful flower doesn’t end up in the air hence not bothering the person with symptoms at all. The plants and flowers are best pollinated by insects instead of flowers.

This list of the plants that are suitable for people with hay fever, and their existence in your garden will not cause any kind of allergy to the person suffering from hay fever:

  1. Broom
  2. Lavender
  3. Lobelia Salvia
  4. Marigold
  5. Hydrangea
  6. Flower Bulbs
  7. Different kinds of Lilies
  8. Azalea

Avoid growing weed in your garden since it is hugely responsible for the common source of pollen. Try to use ground covers like deaf nettle (because their leaves are like stinging nettles) or periwinkle(also known as lavender-blue), in order to prevent this from happening.

The alder, oak, birch, ash, hazel, chestnuts, hornbeam, and elderberry are the kinds of trees that are hugely involved in the growth of pollen, so you must not plant them.
